Company History

Northfork was founded in 1990 in the historic city of Queanbeyan, nestled on the border of New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory, focused on manufacturing and supplying high-quality products to the commercial sector capable of cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitising various surfaces within Food Service, Washroom and Housekeeping environments.

In 2010, Northfork partnered with GECA (Good Environmental Choice Australia) to manufacture and supply environmentally preferrable products to all markets driving focus for Janitorial sectors to make better environmental choices with their cleaning procurement. Northfork has maintained its relationship with GECA, most recently celebrating 15 years of partnership.

In 2012, Northfork was acquired by ACCO Brands Australia, cementing its focus on consumer needs and bolstering its portfolio of leading brands in the commercial and retail sector. Northfork are now available in major retail, specialty and commercial environments throughout Australia and New Zealand.

ACCO Brands Australia is headquartered in Kings Park NSW, along with multiple manufacturing, warehousing and distribution facilities across Australia.

ACCO Brands Australia currently supplies both the retail and commercial sectors with over 10,000 product lines for use in the home, office and school. Each product has been designed with the consumer in mind.
